So what is the appeal of these two great floors? Are they wood and aggregate?
No. They are vinyl strips and vinyl tiles.
The basement had cement floors that were in great shape but needed some leveling patch to assure a smooth surface and good glue-down. The upstairs needed new underlayment and the strips were glued down.
Easy to care for and maintain.
